Evaluating Breathe

Evaluating Breathe

Evaluation is critical to determining the effectiveness of Breathe. Evaluation components have been developed to gather data on the impact and usefulness of Breathe.

In order to capture quality, standardized data, it is important that evaluation protocols are followed consistently. Specific tasks are to be completed by the county coordinator and Health Ed Pros completes additional tasks as outlined on the links below. Successful completion of the evaluation components will help us provide useful data for individual counties/organizations as well as summary data for Breathe across the entire state.

Breathe Evaluation Components include:

  • Pre and Post Assessments
  • 1 Month Follow Up Surveys
  • Health Assessments
  • Parent Surveys

Click the links above to access the protocol for each evaluation component and to understand your role in evaluating Breathe. Any questions or concerns should be communicated to Health Ed Pros.
