Cost

Page under construction! Please excuse any ‘mess’!

Smoking/vaping is expensive! Not only can these products take a toll on your finances, there are other costs to consider as well. One serious cost of tobacco is your health. Tobacco/vape products can be damaging to the heart and lungs, cause problems with teeth and gums, or increase the risk of cancer. Another cost may be your social health since there may be more isolation from people who do not use tobacco/vape products.

Take a look through some of these Breathe resources to learn more about the cost of tobacco!

Breathe Resources

This handout goes over the literal cost of tobacco and how much money someone might spend on it per year. Check out some of the other physical and social costs or tobacco products. Have you thought about what you can save with limiting/ditching tobacco?

Ready to crunch some numbers? Checkout this worksheet to calculate how much you or a loved one may be spending on tobacco products. How else might you spend your money?
