Stress & Tobacco

We all experience stress in our lives! Stress, especially when experienced over a long period of time, can negatively affect your health in many ways. Stress can increase heart rate, lead to a poorer immune system, cause muscle aches, or lead to less energy.

Some people turn to tobacco to cope with stress. Unfortunately, this only adds to their stress level over time and causes additional health issues. Check out our Tobacco & Your Health page to learn more!

Finding healthy, tobacco free ways to lessen stress can have many positive, long-lasting benefits to your health!
